Music comes from different voices, instruments, and minds. What would happen if someone were to put those together? Answer: a miracle. Music is a miracle. It's not only a voice, an instrument, or a mind.. but it's all of those ingredients put together to make a cake of wonderment. Music comes in steps. Steps that, when followed, lead to a heaven of bliss.
There's steps to song writing, teaching, and presenting. Steps to song writing are more wobbly and unstable than the others. Song writing takes more mind to get to the top of the stairs. Song writing is the flour in a cake... a main ingredient but is nothing without other elements.
Steps to teaching are the cream in an oreo cookie. They hold together the outside strong and tight. Teaching music changes generations and keeps love and passion alive. Teaching strengthens minds of the teacher and student. Teaching helps music continue its development and inspire young lovers to it's roar.
And then there's steps to presenting and performance. These steps call few individuals in the right way.... Only few people hike these stairs without second guessing their reasons. They feel called to climb these mountainous stairs and get to the top to find happiness. These steps are solid, well-built, lusty, hefty, and rare. The steps to performance have to be strong and sturdy in order to keep it's hikers and travelers continuing their journey. If one of these steps is weak (self-doubtful), then the entire staircase falls to pieces.
When someone witnesses an entrance to this journey up the steps to music, they take that chance and put all their effort and life into getting to the top, for at the top is true peace, love, and joy.
